1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AirtimeToCash platform — including our website at https://airtimetocash.com, our mobile application on Google Play Store, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

AirtimeToCash is a product of AirtimeBridge Limited (RC 8119676), a company registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2. Description of Service

AirtimeToCash provides a platform that allows users to convert mobile airtime credit (purchased or received airtime) into cash, which is paid directly into the user's registered Nigerian bank account. The Service supports MTN, Airtel, Glo, and T2mobile networks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Nigerian law to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Airtime Conversion Terms

5.1 Eligible Airtime

Only purchased or received airtime (real credit) is eligible for conversion. Bonus airtime, promotional credit, and airtime obtained through unauthorized means cannot be converted and will be rejected.

5.2 Conversion Rates

We offer up to 80% conversion rate on all supported networks. The exact rate is displayed before you confirm any transaction. Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but the rate shown at the time of your transaction will apply to that transaction.

5.3 Conversion Limits

  • Minimum: ₦500 per transaction.
  • Maximum: ₦1,000,000 per day per user.

5.4 Processing Time

Most conversions complete within 60 seconds for MTN, Airtel, and T2mobile using automatic deduction. Glo requires a manual USSD transfer and typically completes within 2–5 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to network conditions or technical issues.

5.5 Payout

Cash from successful conversions is credited to your AirtimeToCash wallet. You can withdraw funds to your registered Nigerian bank account at any time. Withdrawals are processed instantly once confirmed.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to convert stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized airtime.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
  • Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or use the Service.
  • Engage in any activity that manipulates or exploits the conversion system.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

7. Fees and Charges

A service fee is deducted from the airtime value before the cash equivalent is calculated. For example, converting ₦10,000 airtime at 80% rate yields ₦8,000 cash (₦2,000 service fee). The exact fee is transparently displayed before each transaction. No additional hidden charges apply.

8. Intellectual Property

The AirtimeToCash name, logo, mobile application, website design, and all content are the intellectual property of AirtimeBridge Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirtimeBridge Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by:

  • Mobile network operator issues or outages.
  • Bank processing delays.
  • Incorrect information provided by the user.
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Refund Policy

If a transaction fails due to a technical error on our part, we will try to resolve the issue within a reasonable number of hours(If not resolved it is your duty to contact us for resolution with detailed information on the anomalous transaction). Refunds are not provided for:

  • Transactions that fail due to user error (e.g., wrong network selection, insufficient airtime).
  • Attempts to convert ineligible airtime (bonus airtime, promotional credit).
  • Change of mind after a successful transaction.

To request a refund, contact our support team with your transaction ID and details of the issue.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance will be paid out to your registered bank account, subject to verification.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
